Websites
Websites for HVAC contractors
Most HVAC sites look like a brochure from 2014 with a “request service” button that emails nobody. If you’re running Meta, TikTok, Google, or SEO into that, you’re paying to leak. I build sites for HVAC shops that need the phone to ring.
I grew an electric and HVAC shop with my own marketing spend. Real tests, not theory. How Lead Junkies got built.
A site that can catch the click
Ads and SEO are only as good as the page they land on. Fast, obvious, HVAC-specific: what you do, where you run, click-to-call, and a form that actually hits an inbox. This is not a template with stock photos of a smiling family and a thermostat. It is a contractor site: services, service area honesty, and a quote path.
Match the ad. If the Meta creative said tune-up, the page should not open on a lifestyle changeout gallery. If Google said no-cool, do not bury dispatch under “our story.” Phone number is 786-910-6062 on this marketing site because that is how HVAC owners reach me. Your HVAC website should make your number equally hard to miss.
- Click-to-call and a form that emails you
- Pages for the HVAC jobs you actually sell
- Built so ads and SEO have somewhere real to go
Performance and layout that do not fight you
Slow HVAC sites lose the homeowner who is hot and impatient. Images need real alt text and sizes so phones are not downloading a billboard. Embeds — including TikTok if you use them — need reserved height so the page does not jump. That is not “tech for tech.” That is whether the click you paid for still converts.
Titles and meta descriptions should be unique per important page: HVAC repair, replacement, memberships, the cities you actually run. Canonicals should be self-referencing HTTPS. No duplicate competing paths for the same job.
No public website package price
Website work is scoped to the shop. Talk about your market, what you have now, and whether ads are even worth running until the site can convert. Sometimes it is a rebuild. Sometimes it is conversion, service pages, and speed. We decide on the call. HVAC website design and this service page are the same job described two ways — contractor sites, not brochure templates.
