More HVAC leads.Less junk.
I'm Joey. I grew my electric and HVAC business from $2.1 million to $7 million. I spent $750,000 of my own money on marketing to teach myself what works — real tests, not theory. Now I run Meta, TikTok, Google, and SEO for HVAC contractors in the Southeast.

HVAC work we market for
My shop — not a Lead Junkie client result
$750,000 of my own money.
$2.1 million to $7 million.
I grew my electric and HVAC business on marketing I paid for myself. Taught myself what books jobs and what is junk. Real tests — not a playbook I bought. That’s why Lead Junkies is built by a contractor, for contractors. I run Meta, TikTok, Google, and SEO for HVAC contractors in the Southeast. Air Quality AC is a separate brand.

HVAC and lead-gen first, from @joeymarketing_homesvs. Stats in the captions are Joey's shop and content — not client case studies.
31 new customers booked. $1,800 of Meta ads filled the week — Joey’s shop, not a Lead Junkie client case study. Watch on TikTok25 new customers with $700 marketing spend. From Joey’s own content, labeled so it isn’t a client logo wall. Watch on TikTokHVAC vs plumbing vs electrical. HVAC is the focus. Other home-service shops can still reach out. Watch on TikTokMeta Forms vs Meta Messages. If nobody replies, you’re paying for a list — not a booked HVAC job. Watch on TikTokWhy old-school SEO is no longer enough for HVAC contractors who actually need the phone to ring. Watch on TikTokYou may not need more new customers. Estimates and past HVAC jobs sitting in follow-up are the leak. Watch on TikTok
At this point in my life, I genuinely have more fun building campaigns, creating content, testing ads, and generating customers than I do talking about air conditioners all day.
You don't have a lead problem. You have a junk problem.
Boosted posts. Marketplace leads. Forms nobody called back. That isn't HVAC marketing — that's you paying for conversations that were never going to book. I tighten the offer, pick Meta, TikTok, Google, or SEO, and make sure follow-up isn't a graveyard.
Meta Forms vs Meta Messages
Forms dump a name in a spreadsheet. Messages start a chat. If your team replies in two minutes, Messages can book the job in the thread. If nobody’s on the phone, a form just makes a longer junk list.
You may not need more new customers
You’ve got estimates sitting there. Past customers who already trust you. If follow-up is dead, another month of ads is you paying twice for the same leak.
Stop competing like a big brand
You’re not Trane’s national campaign. That’s the point. Homeowners book the shop that sounds like a real person who can show up tomorrow — not the one that overthought looking ‘professional’ on social.
AI changed the easy part
AI made it cheap to look polished. That’s not the flex. The flex is still the offer, the speed-to-lead, and a video that doesn’t feel like a Fortune 500 commercial.
HVAC jobs aren't interchangeable.
If your ads treat a 5pm no-cool like a planned changeout, you're paying for the wrong conversation. HVAC lead generation has to match the job.
No-cool / no-heat
A 5pm no-cool is a different ad, a different landing page, and a different close than a planned changeout. If your creative talks like a brochure, you’re paying for the wrong conversation.
Changeouts & replacements
This is a conversation. Estimates, financing, the walkthrough on the driveway. Forms can work. Messenger often works better — if someone actually replies.
Memberships & tune-ups
You’ve already paid to get these customers once. Reactivation and a site that can rank for maintenance beats buying another cold lead that never books.
What I run
Meta, TikTok, Google, SEO — for HVAC contractors in the Southeast.
Ads without follow-up is how you buy junk. HVAC no-cools, changeouts, and memberships in the Southeast don’t get the same template.
- 01 · Meta Ads
Meta Ads for HVAC contractors
Facebook and Instagram can book HVAC jobs. They can also fill a spreadsheet with people who wanted a free estimate and a Tuesday next month. I run Meta for HVAC shops — forms vs messages, the offer, and whether your team actually answers.

TikTok Ads for HVAC contractors
HVAC shops that treat TikTok like a billboard waste money. Shops that treat it like a camera on a real job — then pay to push the clips that already got comments — can actually book work. That’s the version I run.

Google Ads for HVAC contractors
Someone Googling “AC not cooling” is a different animal than a cold Facebook scroll. Search and Local Services Ads are for HVAC owners who want inbound from people already looking — tight geos, the services you actually run, no spend on DIY junk or the next county over.

SEO for HVAC contractors
SEO for an HVAC shop is not a 40-page report and a promise to hit #1. It’s getting found for the jobs you actually run in the markets you actually serve — service pages that sound like your trucks, not a national directory.

Websites for HVAC contractors
Most HVAC sites look like a brochure from 2014 with a “request service” button that emails nobody. If you’re running Meta, TikTok, Google, or SEO into that, you’re paying to leak. I build sites for HVAC shops that need the phone to ring.

How it works
Show me the leak. Then we spend.
No 40-page deck. I grew an electric and HVAC shop with my own marketing spend. A call, the channel that fits the job, follow-up so you're not paying twice.
01
Show me how work shows up
Ads, Angi, Google, the phone, the list you never text. We find where money dies before it becomes a booked HVAC job. Takes a call, not a 40-page deck.
02
Pick the channel that fits the job
Forms vs Messages. Google vs Meta vs TikTok. A changeout isn’t a no-cool. We don’t run one template and pray.
03
Turn winning posts into ads
If it didn’t stop the scroll for free, boosting it won’t save it. We put spend behind the organic that already got comments, DMs, or calls.
04
Follow up. Cut junk. Repeat.
Speed-to-lead, reactivation, kill what attracts tire-kickers. Then scale the combinations that hit the HVAC calendar.
